UPDATE: Mother and Boyfriend Charged with Murder, Young Boy's Body Still Missing

A young boy's body is still missing after his mother and her boyfriend were charged with his murder.

Dominique Bailey, the mother, is facing charges of murder, endangering the welfare of a child, false reports, abuse of a corpse, and other offenses.

Kevin Spencer, her boyfriend, is charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, endangering the welfare of a child, false reports, tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse, and other related offenses.

The investigation began on December 30, 2023, when the Special Victims Unit received a report of 4-year-old Damari Carter missing in West Philadelphia.

Despite Bailey claiming her son was struck and killed by a car, investigators found no evidence to support her statement.

Bailey later confessed to being involved in her son's death.

Spencer was arrested during a search of Bailey's home but the boy's body has not been found.

Damari's father, Darryle Carter, expressed his distress at not being able to get in touch with his son and his lack of funds to travel to Philadelphia.

The family fears the child was beaten to death.

Any information regarding the whereabouts of Damari Carter's body should be reported to the Philadelphia police.

UPDATE: Minnesota Doctor Indicted for Alleged First-Degree Murder in Fatal Poisoning of Wife.

A doctor in Minnesota has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree murder in relation to the alleged fatal poisoning of his wife.

Dr. Connor Bowman, 30, was initially arrested in October and charged with second-degree murder after his wife, Betty Bowman, died in August.

Investigators discovered evidence suggesting that Bowman, who previously worked for poison control, may have given his wife a drug for an ailment she did not have.

The investigation revealed that the couple was experiencing marital problems, and Bowman had also claimed he would receive a large life insurance payout due to his wife's death.

The indictment includes charges of premeditated first-degree murder and second-degree murder.
