After an insurance agent is found murdered in his office, the investigation uncovers signs of a hidden affair — but new DNA technology ultimately reveals the true culprit.

Two people have been charged in connection with the stabbing death of U.S. Army Private First Class Katia Dueñas Aguilar in Tennessee.

Sofia Rodas, 35, has been charged with first-degree murder and tampering with evidence, while Aguilar's husband, Reynaldo Salinas Cruz, 40, has been charged with tampering with evidence.

Aguilar suffered 68 stab wounds and was found dead in her home in Clarksville.

The case is still under investigation, with police emphasizing the partnership between local law enforcement and military authorities.

Aguilar, originally from Mesquite, Texas, was a member of the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Campbell, located on the Tennessee-Kentucky border.

A Georgia police officer was shot and killed in Roswell while responding to a report of a suspicious person at a shopping center.

The officer was shot multiple times by a man with a gun behind the shopping center and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The suspect was apprehended by the police.

The identity of the officer and the gunman have not been disclosed.

Governor Brian Kemp expressed his condolences and asked for prayers for the fallen officer's family.

Law enforcement agencies in the area also offered their condolences after the tragic incident.
