🏃♂️Safety Tip of the Day: If you're caught in a mass shooting, remember the "Run, Hide, Fight" strategy
Run: If you can safely escape, do so immediately. Leave your belongings behind and encourage others to run with you.
Hide: If escape isn't possible, find a secure place to hide. Lock doors, turn off lights, and stay quiet.
Fight: As a last resort, if you're confronted by the shooter, defend yourself using nearby objects to fight back and incapacitate them.
Always stay aware of your surroundings and plan escape routes in advance.

🔍Trivia Answer
The first U.S. suicide bombing occurred in 1996 at the Atlanta Olympic Park
Though not within the U.S. itself, the 1983 bombing of the U.S. embassy in Beirut by Hezbollah marked a significant moment in the history of suicide bombings. The attack killed 63 people, including 17 Americans, and was one of the first instances where the tactic of using suicide bombers targeted U.S. citizens and interests. It foreshadowed future terrorism strategies used in attacks like the 9/11 attacks.
