Male Model Arrested for Murder in Bronx Lobby Stabbing

A male model, Dynus Saxon, was arrested by NYPD and charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter for allegedly stabbing and killing a man in a Bronx apartment lobby.

The victim, Kadeem Grant, 35, was found with a stab wound to the chest.

Saxon's Instagram showed his modeling work, but the account has now been deactivated.

He was previously represented by ONE Management, but they have cut ties with him.

The incident occurred on a Sunday afternoon when police responded to the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.

Alleged Murderer Arrested in South Carolina After Staging Bear Attack to Steal Victim's Identity

Nicholas Wayne Hamlett, 45, was arrested in South Carolina after being accused of murder in Tennessee.

He allegedly staged the death as a bear attack to steal the victim's identity.

Hamlett was detained without incident and identified through fingerprints by the FBI.

He faces charges of first-degree murder in Tennessee and a parole violation in Alabama.

The victim, Steven Douglas Lloyd, was found dead and misidentified as another person, Brandon Andrade.

Lloyd had a mental health disorder and was lured into a wooded area by Hamlett, who was a friend.

The victim's family was devastated by the betrayal.

Cold Case Fingerprint Breakthrough Leads to Arrest in 1978 Double Homicide in Western Massachusetts

Nearly 46 years after a double homicide, a fingerprint from a taxi license application led to the arrest of a suspect in western Massachusetts.

On Nov. 19, 1978, Theresa Marcoux, 18, and Mark Harnish, 20, were found shot dead near Route 5 in West Springfield.

Harnish's Dodge pickup truck was also found nearby with blood and a damaged window.

A bloody fingerprint left on the truck window was a key piece of evidence that remained unsolved until October 2024.

Timothy Joley, 71, was connected to the crime through his fingerprint records obtained from a 2000 taxi license application.

Joley, a licensed gun owner in 1978 who had purchased a Colt handgun a month before the murders, was arrested on two charges of murder.

No motive or connection between Joley and the victims has been established.

Mary Schlais was found stabbed to death in Dunn County, Wisconsin in 1974 while hitchhiking from Minneapolis to Chicago.

The killer left a stocking cap at the scene, but no matches were found in CODIS.

Last year, the Dunn County Sheriff's Office used investigative genetic genealogy with Ramapo College of New Jersey to identify a possible suspect.

84-year-old Jon Miller, adopted and previously unknown to his family tree, was arrested in Minnesota after his DNA matched the crime scene evidence.
