Mychel Allen Stowers, a man recently released on parole, is wanted in connection with the shooting death of his pregnant wife in Minnesota.

Stowers, on parole for a 2008 murder, is facing charges including second-degree murder, murder of an unborn child, carjacking, and assault with a dangerous weapon.

The couple was in the process of a divorce when the shooting occurred.

As of October 25, he has not surrendered to the police.

A man in Minneapolis has been charged with attempted murder after shooting his neighbor over a property dispute.

The victim, David Moturi, was shot while pruning a tree outside his home.

The suspect, John Sawchak, has a history of conflict with the Moturis, including alleged vandalism and threats.

Sawchak faces several charges but has not been arrested yet.

The police chief cited difficulty in apprehending Sawchak due to him being a recluse.

The Minneapolis City Council criticized the police department for their inaction in protecting the victim.
