Stacy Lee Drake, 50, the suspect accused of multiple murders in Oklahoma and Alabama, was apprehended by Arkansas State Police on Thursday.

Drake was found in a wooded area in Morrilton, Arkansas, and was captured without incident.

He was wanted for several crimes, including carjackings and murder.

Following his arrest, it was revealed Drake was also connected to a fatal shooting in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Multiple law enforcement agencies assisted in the search for Drake.

Prior to his arrest, Drake was last seen near a motel in Morrilton, where a stolen car linked to him was found.

A suspect, Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, was arrested in Oklahoma for the first-degree murder and rape of Rachel Morin in Maryland.

The Harford County Sheriff announced the arrest, bringing closure to the case of the young mother who was violently killed on a hiking trail.

Martinez-Hernandez fled El Salvador, where he is also accused of murder, and came to the U.S. without authorization.

He awaits extradition back to Maryland for trial.

Investigators are unsure if Morin's murder was random or targeted, but they believe Martinez-Hernandez acted alone.
