She passed away a week later on Nov. 28, prompting an investigation by the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office.

The investigation revealed signs of lidocaine toxicity and medical malpractice, including Brown's delay in seeking help and failure to follow proper protocols.

The cause of death is pending autopsy results.
