In the 1980s, body parts kept washing up on the Rickenbacker Causeway shoreline in Miami, indicating a disturbing trend of mutilated bodies related to the Cocaine Cowboy era.

However, investigators later discovered that a man, Jorge Walter Nuñez Paz, murdered his wife, Nilsa Padilla, and her remains were found in Biscayne Bay with those of an unidentified man.

Decades later, one of their daughters, Gloria Hampton, is seeking justice and closure as she tracks down her fugitive father.

With Núñez Paz still at large, police are asking for any information on his whereabouts.

Hampton is hopeful for his capture and believes he should face consequences for his actions.

The Saratoga Springs Police Department is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the person responsible for Sheila Shepherd's death.

Sheila was last seen in November 1980 and found dead in her apartment two days later.

Despite an ongoing investigation, few leads have been uncovered.

Police believe the culprit knew Sheila personally.
