Led by Sheriff Bucky Rowland, the team comprises retired law enforcement and forensic experts.

One such case is that of Amber Cates, missing since 2004.

Despite little progress over two decades, recent DNA evidence has given hope for a breakthrough.

Amber's sister, Brenda Cates James, remains hopeful and appreciative of the ongoing efforts.

There is a reward of up to $25,000 for information on Cates' whereabouts.
