Destini Decoff, a victim of a road rage incident in Massachusetts, passed away on April 6 from injuries sustained when struck by a vehicle.

The incident occurred in Hopkinton, where Ryan Sweatt, 36, allegedly intentionally hit Decoff after a confrontation between their vehicles.

Decoff suffered life-threatening injuries and complications during surgery.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to cover her final arrangements.

Sweatt has been charged with assault and battery, among other offenses, and is being held without bail.

Witnesses described a scene of road rage leading to Decoff's tragic death.

Anna Maria Tolomello pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and other charges related to the killing of her business partner and boyfriend, Giovanni Gallina.

Tolomello admitted to shooting Gallina in March 2022 and attempting to cover up the crime by hiring someone to dig a hole.

While initially claiming self-defense, Tolomello changed her plea to guilty, receiving a recommended sentence of 18 to 40 years in state prison.

Prosecutors argued that Gallina's autopsy revealed he was fatally shot in the back of the head, indicating an unjustifiable killing.

The plea agreement was reached under the consent of Gallina's adult children.
