Man Charged with Second-Degree Murder for Stabbing Pregnant Girlfriend and Unborn Child in Michigan

Damarion Goler, 31, was charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing his pregnant girlfriend and unborn child in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Goler stabbed his girlfriend, Talic Mersina, near their apartment door, resulting in their deaths.

The incident took place on March 24, with authorities finding the victims in a car in a Clinton Township parking lot.

Goler was arraigned and is currently in Macomb County Jail without bond.

The prosecutor emphasized the seriousness of the crime, stating that justice demands consequences for Goler's actions.

Goler's next court dates are scheduled for April 3 and April 10.
